How I got here — and why I coach the way I do

Sport taught me what structure felt like.
Growing up, sport gave me something most people don't realise they have — a routine, a standard, something to show up for. It wasn't elite level. But it taught me what it felt like to be consistent.

I wasn't the most talented. I was the most consistent.
I graduated top of my class — not because I was the smartest person in the room, but because I showed up and did the work. That's a lesson I've carried into everything since.

The career progressed. Everything else didn't.
When work took over, training went first. Then the routine. Then the standards. I was doing well professionally — but I didn't feel like the version of myself I knew I was capable of being. The gap was quiet. But it was constant.

Structure changed everything.
When I stopped relying on motivation and built a real system, everything compounded. Not just physically — in how I showed up, how I felt, and how I carried myself. That's what I now help other men build.
